HOW WE PROTECT YOU
Start
Step 1. We collect, inspect and test the item from the Seller. We also verify if the item is reported stolen (if the item is reported stolen, we contact the police and provide them all details without exception).
Step 2. After inspection, our team will send an invoice to the Buyer and we provide them all the details of the transaction, our inspection report and the delivery details (delivery time, delivery company chosen by our experts).
Step 3. Once the Buyer signed all paperwork and agrees with the escrow transaction terms & conditions, our team will provide the necessary details to he Buyer to make the payment to our company, with a payment method accepted by us. The payment method chosen depends on the buyer's history with our company (for those who use our company for the first time we accept bank transfer and T / T, and for those who have used our company for at least 5 transactions we will accept payment by PayPal and Credit Card)
Step 4. Once payment has been received from the buyer, our team will contact the delivery company to deliver the item. Once the product is in transit, we will confirm delivery to the buyer. All deliveries will be insured and marked as "Fragile".
Step 5. Once the buyer receives the product, he will have 10 days to check and test the item to make sure it is exactly as described by the seller. Our company also accepts the verification of the product by the manufacturer (if this option is chosen, the product will be delivered first to the manufacturer and then, after verification, it will be delivered to the buyer).
Step 6. After checking the product, if the buyer agrees to buy the item, he will have to sign a document regarding the acceptance of the product that we will send to the Buyer by email. Once we receive a copy of the signed document, we will send the money to the seller.
Step 7. After checking the product, if the buyer does not want to buy the item, we will send the delivery company to collect the product and deliver it to our inspection office. Once our team confirms that the product is exactly as it was delivered, we will offer a full refund to the buyer and deliver the item to the seller (in case the buyer doesn't want to buy the item, the delivery fees will be paid by the seller).
Step 8. Transaction successful. Both buyer and seller have been fully protected.
